Starting a Used Book Store?

I’m trying to dig up some information on starting a used book store. Searching google has failed me as it brought up lists of websites that charge money for their guides and such..

Any book recommendations or websites that might help me with a good strategy? I’m still in the very beginning stages, so anything, even basic info might help.

Also, anything focusing on the Online Used Book market may be helpful as well, which is probably the route that I’ll be taking..
